The Grünwelt GW-KR03F potato digger is mounted to a walk-behind tractor of the WM1100-6 series on a hitch. The potato digger is driven from the power take-off shaft of the walk-behind tractor. The turns from the PTO shaft are transmitted through a special cardan shaft (included in the standard package) to the drive shaft of the potato digger. A large 382 mm knife breaks up the tubers along with the soil, and a vibrating sieve separates the potatoes from the piles of soil. This unit fully mechanizes the process of digging out potatoes and will be an indispensable assistant in your field.
